The Yvar 150mm is Bolex's extreme telephoto lens for filming subjects far far in the distance and is the lens with the longest lens barrel of all the Kern Paillard lenses.
It was described in a Bolex leaflet as the lens that brings distant subjects right up to the camera. It also does not cause cut off when placed on a three lens turret with other lenses which is surprising given it's length.
