Bayonet Mount Adapters
Bolex Product Codes:- 265.662 ADSIM, ADCOM, ADBAR, ADSTA, ADCAN, ADECE, ADSEL, ADNIK, ADPEN
These are required only if you have a camera with the new Bolex Bayonet Mount, such as the SBM, EBM and EL cameras. The only lenses which are made to fit in this mount directly without an adapter are produced by Bolex only and are the Vario Switar 100 POE, Vario Switar 100 PTL, Vario Switar 100 MC, Vario Switar 85 Compact and some Prime lenses were released in the bayonet mount. For all other lens types you will need an adapter!
The
main adapter you probably will get bundled with a H16 Bayonet mount camera
will be a 'C' mount adapter.
This allows you to use all the standard 'C' mount lenses which have been the mainstay of the H16 for years on your bayonet mount camera.
They're two types of adapters for 'C' mount lenses. The first (on the right) is designed to hold normal sized 'C' mount prime lenses. The second (on the left) has another stronger outer ring to make the adapter more durable when holding heavy lenses such as zooms.
