Side View of Reporter HandgripThis grip was introduced in 1962 but was discontinued soon after, as it had a tendency to break at the top of the handgrip with catastrophic results. It is for round base H16's only and appears to be made mostly of black plastic, it reminds me of the ribbed handle found on the Bolex K1 standard 8 camera of the period.

The release button is located at the rear of the grip and is thumb-operated, a mechanical linkage connects with the release button on the front of the camera.

TBackhe grip is mounted on the camera using the standard Bolex rapid attachment device and has a tripod bush in the foot of the handgrip to allow it to be mounted on a monopod.
