H16 Rex Series
The Bolex Reflex or REX camera is regarded as a design classic and is
undoubtedly the camera most people think of when they think Bolex.
It takes the history of the three lens turret camera and combines it with Reflex viewing. Used in animation, time lapse, wildlife photography, pop videos, feature films, and in every film school on the planet.
Most long-standing directors today such as Steven Spielberg, Ridley Scott fondly remember creating short films with one of the REX cameras.
The Menu has a listing of all the REX cameras produced which
highlights all the incremental feature changes in their design. The REX5
Camera is still in production today 35 years after the first REX camera
was made.
